Measures in the sense of the Leibniz equality standards, consideration of diversity as well as the general IfADo equality policy
IfADo is committed to gender equality. The Leibniz Equality Standards are carefully taken into account when recruiting staff and when reconciling work and family life.

Particular attention is paid to increasing the proportion of women in management positions. Gender equality is included as a consistent guiding principle in all tasks and decisions in organisational development, internal control, personnel planning, recruitment and development.

The staff consists of 60 percent female employees. The number of international employees currently comprises 25 percent from 29 countries. With reference to expanding internationalisation, IfADo takes diversity rules into account (e.g. with regard to ethnic origin, national origin, religion, world view, etc.).

Gender equality and family orientation are reflected in the TOTAL E-QUALITY AWARD, which IfADo has continuously acquired since 2010. This TOTAL E-QUALITY certificate recognises institutions that are committed to equal opportunities for women and men in their human resources and corporate policies.
