Total E-QUALITY Award
IfADo has received the Total E-QUALITY Award in 2010, 2014 and 2017. This award recognizes the successful implementation of gender equality in the personnel and organisation policies of IfADo. This includes the promotion of women in leading positions and the development of a professional concept for family-friendliness.
As a member of the network of research institutions in Dortmund (windo e.V.) we are supporting dual career couples (Dual Career Couple Navigation). IfADo is also a member of the network “Erfolgsfaktor Familie” an initiative of the ‘Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth’ to promote family-friendly working conditions.
Diversity is lived with us as a self-understanding. Our work teams are gender-mixed, cross-generational and international.
