Melinda Sabo receives fellowship of the Walter Benjamin-Program
Melinda Sabo, postdoc in the ergonomics department at the Leibniz research centre for Working Environment in Dortmund, receives a research fellowship of the Walter Benjamin-Program. She will go to the USA for two years to conduct research at the Tsai Institute at Yale University in the laboratory of Prof. Kia Nobre. She will continue the research she began at IfADo and will focus on the topics of working memory and long-term memory, attention and the underlying neural mechanisms. The start will be in spring 2025.

The Walter Benjamin-Program is a funding program of the German Research Foundation (DFG) and enables scientists to independently implement their own research project at the location of their choice after completing their doctorate. The aim is to promote scientists in the early career phase and to support thematic development.
