Family Service

IfADo offers its staff a family-friendly working environment. The institute provides individual offers and arrangements to enable colleagues with small children in particular, but also with family members in need of care, to achieve a balance between family and the world of work.

  • Individual working time agreements for employees with small children and/or family members in need of care: e.g. reduction or flexibilisation of working time (family-related part-time work, flexitime, trust-based working time and the possibility of working from home).
  • Personnel development measures through agreements on re-entry and further training during and after parental leave.
  • IfADo's mobile childrens's room contributes to the compatibility of family and work and helps to close childcare gaps. It can be used if one parent has to work in the presence of the baby or toddler. In addition, in certain areas parents can bring their children to work in emergencies.
  • Individual agreements to structure the career exit and return to work.
BUK Cooperation Agreement
<p>With the support of BUK GmbH, IfADo offers consulting services around childcare and care responsibilities. The Institute supports a good work-life balance with the BUK consulting service, because service for employees with childcare responsibilities or care responsibilities for relatives are the basis for professional performance.</p>
