The front cover shows an example of how to detect P450 cytochromes by laser
ablation ICP-MS. In this example a Western blot membrane is scanned by laser
ablation coupled to an ICP-MS instrument. The stable isotope 127I+ intensity
is shown for an iodine labelled monoclonal CYP2E1 antibody under reducing conditions.
