Guidelines and submission of manuscripts

Each manuscript should cover 4 - 6 printed pages (new Journals format, i.e. 650 words per page) including abstract, references, figures and tables.

Text: Double-spaced, with margins of at least one inch on all sides. Number manuscript pages consecutively throughout the paper.

Cover page: containing all authors' full names, addresses, phone and fax numbers, and email addresses. Authors should also supply a shortened version of the title suitable for the running head, not exceeding 50 character spaces.

Abstract: Each article should be summarized in an abstract of not more than 250 words, which should be included on a separate page. Avoid abbreviations, diagrams, and reference to the text.

Tables and Figures: Tables and figures should not be embedded in the text, but should be included as separate files. A short descriptive title should appear above each table with a clear legend and any footnotes suitably identified below. All units must be included.

Figures: should be completely labelled, taking into account necessary size reduction. Captions should be typed, double-spaced, on a separate sheet.
Figures can be submitted in MS Word or PowerPoint format, but the author may be asked to provide higher-quality images if the manuscript is accepted for publication. Digital files are recommended for highest quality reproduction and should follow these guidelines:

• 300 dpi or higher
• sized to fit on journal page
• EPS, TIFF, or PSD format only
• submitted as separate files, not embedded in text files

Color illustrations will be considered for publication; however, the author will be required to bear the full cost involved in color art reproduction.

References
References should be alphabetized by author and compiled in a separate section at the end of the manuscript. Cite in text by author and date. Please use The Chicago Manual of Style, 14th ed., for correct reference style. Please, have a look at the freely available sample copy at the Journals homepage.
