By car
The Max Planck Institute is located not far from the motorway junction 'Dortmund West' (between the A45 and the B1/A40). Use one of the exits 'Dortmund-Eichlinghofen/Universität' (A45) or 'Dortmund-Dorstfeld/Universität' (B1/A40). From there follow the road signs to 'Campus Nord' (Northern Campus). The nearest car park is on Otto-Hahn-Strasse.
