Research Groups
According to the research topics, the IfADo is organised in mostly interdisciplinary project groups. Their field of work is primarily defined by certain sorts of processes or workloads.
Work groups who research in the field of certain work processes usually focus on performances whereas project groups whose field of research is defined by certain workloads concentrate on health risks. The mainly performance- and health-related fields of research provide a very clear organisation of the research topics on the 12 different project groups. But it must be emphasized that mostly both, health and performance, are considered in the project groups and that both aspects can collectively be seen as the final objective of research.
