AIM / MISSION

'Theoria cum Praxi: science for the benefit and good of humankind'

Due to the motto of Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz, the great universal scholar of the 17th century and eponym of our umbrella organisation (Leibniz Association) - 'theoria cum praxi' we follow this basic concept. The 'motor' of our research is the close connection of THEORY (e.g. physiological derived application-oriented basic research) and PRACTICE (e.g. direct transfer of our results into the actual working environment).
